Have we gotten an answer from ElJeffe about Frosteey yet? Did we even ask?

We did. I posted about it, but it deserves it's own thread just so everyone knows. I've sent him a link to the boards. Since Frosteey can't die without taking me with him and vice versa - or so I gather - our original plan to use him to infiltrate SP isn't much use. That leaves the best use of Frosteey as infiltrating the PA network. We could think up some pretext to have him seered (if he just came out and asked, claiming he had important information, that would get him seered for sure, but he'd have to have something good to say afterwards) and get the villagers to spill all their information to us. Or alternatively we can do the same thing with Cecil. If we go with this plan we should do it early, while the villagers are still taking risks and not too aware of the potential of the alts.

Do you have any ideas what that pretext might be?

Obviously Frosteey can't try this any more, since he'll be coming with me when I'm banned. Cecil, you could say in the thread you have important information and ask to be seered. When they contact you, you could claim to have been in PM contact with robot just before he died, and give them some fake PMs with cryptic comments in them. They'd waste time trying to figure out who we are from the clues in the fake PMs, possibly leading to them targeting some innocents, and they'll also possibly induct you into their network.

Maybe I could say I had a one time seer ability and could only seer across forums, and hit you last night.
EDIT- which might put Frosteey int he clear as an innocent.

As I understand it, you look like a Plain Ol' Forumer to them, and POFs don't get any powers. I think claiming to have second-hand information is less suspicious.

I agree, better if you don't appear to be a POF with mystery information.
